Affiliate Terms and Conditions

🌍 WesUni Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Westside University (WesUni) Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following:

1. Enrollment

To join, you must complete the affiliate registration form.
WesUni reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.

2. Commission

Affiliates earn 20% commission on every successful referral who pays the $699 service fee.
Commission per referral = $140 (USD).
There is no cap on the number of referrals.

3. Tracking & Attribution

Each affiliate will receive a unique referral link.
Commissions are credited only when a student signs up and pays using the affiliate’s referral link.
Cookies and tracking are valid for 30 days. If a student signs up within this period, the affiliate gets credit.

4. Payouts

Payment by Card: Commissions are processed and paid on the second Friday of the following month.
Payment by Bank Transfer or Cryptocurrency: Commissions are paid instantly once the referral’s payment is verified.
Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details are provided.

5. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote through websites, blogs, social media, email, or direct referrals.
Affiliates may not engage in spam, misleading claims, or misrepresentation of WesUni services.
Paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.) must not bid on WesUni’s brand name or impersonate the official WesUni website.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

WesUni does not issue refunds to students.
If a chargeback occurs, the affiliate commission for that referral will be deducted from future earnings.

7. Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of WesUni.
Participation in the program does not create any partnership or joint venture.

8. Termination

WesUni reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s account for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Outstanding commissions for valid referrals will still be honored.

9. Modifications

WesUni may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by International Laws
