Refund Policy – Westside University

At Westside University, our goal is to ensure every student succeeds in their study abroad journey. Because our service involves immediate use of our expertise, time, and resources, we do not provide cash refunds. Instead, we promise ongoing support and retries until your process is completed.


1. No Refunds, Only Continued Assistance

  • Once payment of $699 is made and services have begun, the fee is non-refundable.
  • This is because significant resources are invested from the very beginning (university searches, document reviews, application planning, etc.).

2. Our Guarantee to You

While we do not refund payments, we guarantee that:

  • If an application or visa is denied, we will re-attempt the process at no additional consulting cost (you only cover new university or embassy fees).
  • Our support continues until you have successfully secured a study placement abroad or fully exhausted available opportunities.
  • We work closely with you to correct errors, strengthen applications, and improve your chances in subsequent attempts.

3. Student Responsibility

  • Students must provide truthful, accurate information and required documents.
  • Delays or rejections caused by false information, incomplete documents, or missed deadlines will require student cooperation for re-attempts.
